  2. This a Rain or Shine event
  3. No Pets are Permitted.
  4. Coolers and food are not allowed.
  5. NO BEER is allowed at the festival.
  6. No Smoking or vaping
  7. The festival may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder who is deemed to be disorderly or intoxicated.
  8. RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS
  9. By using this ticket, Holder hereby grants Festival Organizers and their affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices, and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image, and likeness while at the Festival (the Recordings”) and publish, print, display, or use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
