Applications are now being accepted for vendors interested in participating in the 2027 Putnam County Wine & Music Fest.

Important Deadlines and Requirements:

• Vendor Application Deadline: July 1, 2027. All payments are non-refundable.
• Signed Contract and Full Payment Due: All required documents must be submitted by August 1, 2027. We will email space assignments during the week of August 10, 2027. Please print your email address clearly on the application.
• Certificate of Insurance and Other Final Documentation: Due August 4, 2027.

All vendors and sponsors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance that meets the requirements below. Participation in the event will not be permitted without the required insurance coverage. Vendors and sponsors must maintain current Products Liability, General Liability, Comprehensive, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Products and General Liability policies must provide limits of not less than $1,000,000.00. The certificate must name Greenergy Productions LLC, PO Box 17, Brewster, NY 10509, as the certificate holder, and Putnam County, 48 Gleneida Drive, Carmel, NY 10512, Attn: Risk Manager, as an additional insured for the Putnam County Wine & Music Fest, August 22–23, 2026. A certificate confirming this coverage must be provided no later than August 4, 2027.

Alcohol sampling and sales are limited to participating cideries, distilleries, and wineries.
