Become a Vendor
We are currently accepting Applications to participate as a vendor at the 2026 Putnam County Wine & Music Fest.
Important Deadlines & Requirements:
- Vendor Application Deadline – July 1, 2026. No Refunds.
- Signed Contract & Full Payment Due – All required documents must be submitted by August 10, 2026. Space assignments will be emailed during the week of August 16, 2026. Please ensure your email address is clearly printed on the application.
- Certificate of Insurance & other FINAL paperwork – August 10, 2026.
All Vendors & Sponsors will be required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance with the details below. You will not be permitted to attend the event without insurance. VENDOR & Sponsors must provide Current Products Liability and General Liability, Comprehensive, and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Products and General Liability shall have policy limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 and agrees to name Greenergy Productions LLC, PO Box 17, Brewster, NY 10509, and Putnam County, 48 Gleneida Drive, Carmel, NY 10512, Attn: Risk Manager as certificate holder, for the Putnam County Wine & Music Fest, August 22-23. 2026, as “additional insured” and to provide a certificate of such coverage no later than August 10, 2026
* Only Ciders, Distilleries, and Wineries are allowed to sample and sell alcohol
